TVS Apache RTX 300 Adventure Engine & Performance
Powering the Apache RTX 300 is a single-cylinder, 312cc liquid-cooled engine, the same proven unit seen in the BMW G 310 GS, thanks to the TVS-BMW partnership. This motor produces around 34 PS of power and 27 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch for smoother downshifts.
Whether you’re cruising on highways or tackling inclines, the engine offers a refined performance with enough grunt in the mid-range to make overtakes and hill climbs a breeze.
Top Speed & Mileage
TVS claims a top speed of 143 km/h, which is impressive for an adventure tourer in this segment. On the efficiency front, the Apache RTX 300 is expected to deliver a mileage of around 30–35 km/l, making it suitable for long-distance travel without frequent fuel stops.
Battery and Electronics
Unlike electric bikes, the TVS Apache RTX 300 Adventure is powered by a traditional ICE engine. However, when it comes to electronics, TVS hasn’t cut corners. The bike features a fully digital TFT instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and ride analytics. It also gets ride-by-wire throttle, multiple riding modes (Urban, Rain, Sport), and switchable ABS for tackling loose terrain.
Suspension & Braking
To deliver on its adventure promise, the Apache RTX 300 comes with USD front forks and a monoshock rear suspension, both tuned for comfort and control. The bike rides on spoke wheels with dual-purpose tyres, ideal for both tarmac and trails.

Price in India and Launch Date
The TVS Apache RTX 300 Adventure is expected to be priced competitively at around ₹2.90 – ₹3.20 lakh (ex-showroom), which makes it a direct rival to bikes like the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, KTM 250 Adventure, and BMW G 310 GS.
TVS officially launched the Apache RTX 300 in July 2025, and deliveries are expected to begin in major cities by August 2025.
